I’ve gotten really good at dialoguing and listening to my body talk and show me what it needs, wants to express, needs attention for and all the pictures and stories it shows me embedded in my bodymind especially when it comes to chronic pain.
I juiced what you’ll notice, over time, is me talking about my neck and tmj stuff because its fucking profound what I’ve harvested from my ‘pain in the neck’ and how all the nuggets I’ve mined while clearing knots blockages and restriction in my body, show me more and more about the big predatory bamboozle gaslight world that we’re surviving that’s 100% unsafe for the entire natural world and a bald example of what isn’t our true nature and therefore definately not safe under any circimstances for babies.
